Website legal terms
Terms & Conditions
The conditions for using MRC Capital Partners’ public website, reviewing its lending information, and submitting an initial financing inquiry.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Scope and agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the public website operated for MRC Capital Partners, LLC (“MRC,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including its informational pages and its guided opportunity-intake feature, Debbie (together, the “Site”). Please read these Terms with our Privacy Policy, Data Use Policy and Lending Disclosures.
By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Site and contact MRC directly if you need information in another format. The Site is intended for business and professional audiences, not children or individuals seeking consumer home loans.
2. Business-purpose financing only
The financing programs described on this Site are intended for business or investment purposes, including qualifying real estate investment, construction, renovation, bridge and development transactions. Although collateral may be residential real estate, these programs are not advertised as personal, family or household loans, owner-occupied home purchase mortgages or general consumer credit products.
Project and borrower eligibility, jurisdictional requirements, product availability, structure, terms, leverage and conditions depend on underwriting, applicable law and definitive documents. Information about bridge financing extending up to 36 months describes a potential maximum, not a promised term for any particular applicant.
3. No financing offer, advice or guarantee
Public product descriptions, calculations, projected values, term ranges, loan-to-cost (LTC) and loan-to-value (LTV) guidelines are general information. They are not a binding quote, preapproval, credit decision, promise to originate or fund a loan, or offer of particular rates, terms or conditions. All financing is subject to independent evaluation and applicable approvals.
Illustrative scenarios are educational examples, not evidence of prior MRC closings or guaranteed results. Information on the Site is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, valuation or investment advice. Consult your own qualified advisers as appropriate.
Nothing on the public Site constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities. Any such offering, if undertaken, would occur only through appropriate private documents and procedures under applicable law.
4. Debbie and financing inquiries
Debbie is a guided website intake tool that helps organize an initial business-purpose financing opportunity for human review. It is not a licensed loan officer, a live employee, a credit-underwriting engine or an autonomous investment adviser. Answers may be checked for completeness and may generate indicative calculations for screening.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a loan application, credit approval, funding obligation, lender–borrower relationship, advisory relationship or duty to act on your proposal. Follow-up, if any, will be based on MRC's review process. No transaction is formed unless the relevant parties enter into separate definitive agreements.
Provide information you are permitted to share and make reasonable efforts to ensure it is accurate and current. Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification, bank credentials, tax returns, account statements or other sensitive underwriting documents through Debbie or ordinary email. MRC may provide separate, approved secure instructions if more documentation is needed later.
Please review the Privacy Policy and Data Use Policy before sending an inquiry. Submitting a request authorizes the business-related processing needed to review it and respond, but does not by itself enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You may browse and use the Site for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You agree not to knowingly submit fraudulent or misleading information, impersonate anyone, infringe others' rights, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, overwhelm services, interfere with other users, or use automated collection in a manner that violates law, the security of the Site or applicable rights.
Administrative areas are restricted to authorized users. Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized parties. We may restrict access or investigate misuse when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users or data, subject to applicable law.
6. Security and electronic communications
MRC uses technical and organizational protections appropriate to the website functions, but no internet service, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed free of interruptions or security risks. Ordinary email may not be a secure channel for confidential documents. Avoid providing credentials, passwords, financial account details or identity documents unless MRC specifically directs you to an approved secure process.
Contact details you provide may be used for ordinary business communications about the inquiry you initiated. Any separate consent that law requires for marketing or automated messages must be obtained through an appropriate process; use of this Site alone is not consent to unrelated marketing calls or texts.
If you suspect fraudulent communications claiming to be from MRC, stop responding and independently confirm the request through the official contact page. Do not rely solely on phone numbers or links contained in a suspicious message.
7. Ownership, trademarks and permitted copying
Unless otherwise stated, original design elements, Site copy, graphics, trade names and other materials are owned by MRC or used with permission. They may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may retain limited copies of public materials for lawful internal evaluation, but this does not grant a license to misrepresent MRC affiliation, commercially republish protected material, remove attribution or use another party's intellectual property without permission.
Third-party marks and resources remain the property of their respective owners. No Site reference implies endorsement, partnership or authorization unless expressly stated.
8. Third-party sites and resources
The Site may link to services, informational resources or other websites that MRC does not operate. External sites have their own terms, security practices and privacy policies. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or suitability of external material. Exercise care before entering information on another site.
9. Accuracy, availability and changes
MRC endeavors to provide useful and current information, but product descriptions, personnel, operating models, website features and lending guidelines may change. Errors or omissions may occur. The Site may be unavailable during maintenance, security activity or outages. Always confirm material transaction details directly with MRC and in definitive documents before relying on them.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue Site features, and update these Terms, as appropriate. Material revisions will be indicated by changing the “Last updated” date; continued use after an update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
10. Website disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Site and general website information are made available on an “as available” basis without a warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular transaction or free of harmful components. MRC does not warrant that publicly stated eligibility, terms or business outcomes will apply to any particular request.
These disclaimers concern general website use; they do not replace or diminish express obligations in any separate, duly executed agreement or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Responsibility and legal limits
Subject to applicable law, MRC is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on generalized website information rather than a verified transaction-specific communication or agreement, or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or restricts statutory rights and remedies.
12. General provisions
These Terms address only public website access and do not replace signed lending, confidentiality, investment, servicing or other agreements. In the event of an inconsistency affecting a specific transaction, the applicable executed documents and mandatory law govern. If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not necessarily waive future enforcement.
Questions about these Terms, a transaction, or an alternative means of obtaining website information may be directed through MRC's central contact information. For data questions see the Privacy Policy; for accessibility assistance see our Accessibility Statement.
