The MRC approach
MRC focuses on business-purpose financing needs arising between acquisition, improvement, construction and completion of U.S. residential real estate.
What MRC is built to address
MRC's strategy focuses on business-purpose first-lien loans secured by U.S. residential real estate across a defined set of investment and development use cases.
The platform pairs disciplined underwriting with clear oversight of the work supporting each loan. The emphasis is on defined use cases rather than a broad, undifferentiated lending model.

The transition continuum
MRC's five strategies are built around distinct points between acquisition, construction, renovation, repositioning and exit.
Property or entitled land enters the transition.
Light or heavy rehabilitation creates value.
Ground-up construction advances through verified milestones.
Business-purpose capital supports a defined transition.
The asset reaches sale, refinance or the next capital stage.
How capital moves
MRC sources opportunities through direct origination, broker and builder relationships, and pool acquisitions from approved correspondents.
Each acquired loan is reviewed through third-party diligence that includes appraisal, title, document verification, borrower background and OFAC screening.
Following diligence clearance, the financing structure is activated and construction draws are tied to verified inspection milestones.
Post-close servicing includes payment processing, draw disbursement, inspector verification, lien-waiver collection, delinquency monitoring and reporting.
At payoff, principal and interest are returned through the financing structure and capital can be redeployed into new qualifying acquisitions.
