Inclusive digital access
Accessibility
MRC Capital Partners is working to make its website and business-purpose financing information usable by people with diverse abilities and assistive technologies.
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Our accessibility commitment
MRC Capital Partners seeks to provide equitable access to its public information and financing inquiry process. We recognize that people use websites with screen readers, voice input, keyboard navigation, magnification, mobile accessibility settings and other assistive technologies.
Our development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a practical benchmark for inclusive design. Accessibility work is ongoing. Publication of this statement is not a declaration that every page or interaction has been independently certified as fully conforming to WCAG or that all applicable legal requirements have already been satisfied.
2. Accessibility features we are improving
Accessibility considerations for the website include clear headings and page landmarks, meaningful link descriptions, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, responsive text and layouts, descriptive text for informative images, reduced-motion preferences, and color contrast.
Interactive components, including the mobile menu, financing scenario tabs and Debbie's guided inquiry, are being reviewed for keyboard operation, focus management, understandable prompts and screen reader status announcements. Because automated checks cannot verify every experience, manual testing remains important.
3. Tips for using this site
Most current browsers support text zoom and built-in accessibility preferences. Keyboard users may navigate with Tab and Shift+Tab, activate links and buttons with Enter or Space, and use Escape to close supported dialogs. Device settings can provide magnification, higher contrast or reduced motion as needed.
Common assistive technologies include VoiceOver on Apple devices, TalkBack on Android, and desktop screen readers such as NVDA or JAWS. Results may vary by browser, operating system, device and assistive-technology version.
4. Debbie and alternative inquiry methods
Debbie is an optional initial financing-inquiry tool—not the only way to reach MRC. If a question, control or confirmation is difficult to use, you can contact MRC using the main telephone number or email on our Contact page. Please indicate that you need an alternative method of discussing a business-purpose financing opportunity.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank logins or sensitive underwriting documents through an ordinary accessibility email or general inquiry. If further documents are needed, ask MRC for an approved secure method.
5. Report an accessibility barrier or request help
We welcome reports of access barriers, broken keyboard controls, unreadable content, missing descriptions, confusing labels or trouble submitting a financing inquiry. You can reach MRC at mcelenza@mrccapitalpartners.com or 904-838-5550. These are the company's existing central contact channels.
To help us investigate, please share the webpage address, a brief description of the barrier, your device or browser if comfortable, and the alternative format or assistance you need. Do not include sensitive personal or financial documentation in an initial report.
We will review accessibility feedback and explore reasonable ways to provide the relevant information or service. Response and accommodation options depend on the request and applicable requirements.
6. Evaluation and ongoing improvements
The site's accessibility work includes source-code reviews, automated checks where available and targeted functional testing. A complete independent audit across representative devices, browsers, screen readers, zoom levels and end-to-end financing inquiry flows has not been documented as finished. Additional issues may be identified and corrected as testing continues.
We use the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria as our working target and continue to review user feedback, content changes and new website features. We do not treat an accessibility overlay or a published statement as a substitute for accessible underlying design and testing.
